These terms apply when you use Pathogen Simulator, including its web version and any app build published by K Ventures and Publishing.

Use of the project

You may use the project for personal, lawful, non-abusive purposes. Do not try to disrupt the service, attack multiplayer infrastructure, scrape private data, impersonate other users, or use the project in a way that harms other people.

Accounts and data

This project does not currently provide persistent K Ventures and Publishing-hosted user accounts. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Project-specific note

Pathogen Simulator is an educational game/simulation. It is not medical, laboratory, biosafety, or public-health advice.

Availability and changes

K Ventures and Publishing may update, pause, remove, or change any project, feature, hosted build, or multiplayer endpoint. We try to avoid breaking user data, but experimental projects may change quickly.

No warranty

The project is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, K Ventures and Publishing does not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

Use the project at your own discretion. K Ventures and Publishing is not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, lost profits, device issues, or decisions you make based on the project.
