Use of the project

You may use the project for personal, lawful, non-abusive purposes. Do not try to disrupt the service, attack multiplayer infrastructure, scrape private data, impersonate other users, or use the project in a way that harms other people.

Accounts and data

If this project offers accounts, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for entering accurate information in deletion or support requests. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Project-specific note

Portfolio Tracker is for personal organization and education only. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Availability and changes

KEX Ventures may update, pause, remove, or change any project, feature, hosted build, or multiplayer endpoint. We try to avoid breaking user data, but experimental projects may change quickly.

No warranty

The project is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, KEX Ventures does not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

Use the project at your own discretion. KEX Ventures is not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, lost profits, device issues, or decisions you make based on the project.
