KEX Ventures is a one-person studio in its first year. I build small apps and games — usually starting from an itch I had, and built with whatever tools get it across the line (yes, including AI). FocusFarm is the first project I've taken all the way from idea to Play Store.

The plan is simple: ship a thing, watch how it actually gets used, fix what's wrong, ship again. If you try something here and have feedback — bugs, ideas, gripes — that's exactly the loop I'm trying to close. Get in touch below.
