About

One person, learning in public.

KEX Ventures is a one-person studio in its first year. I build small apps and games — usually starting from an itch I had, and built with whatever tools get it across the line (yes, including AI). FocusFarm started the loop; now the site also collects the other games and tools I am shaping into public releases.

The plan is simple: ship a thing, watch how it actually gets used, fix what's wrong, ship again. If you try something here and have feedback — bugs, ideas, gripes — that's exactly the loop I'm trying to close. Get in touch below.
