These terms apply when you use Bay Drive, including its web version and any app build published by K Ventures and Publishing.

Use of the project

You may use the project for personal, lawful, non-abusive purposes. Do not try to disrupt the service, scrape private data, impersonate other users, or use the project in a way that harms other people.

Accounts and data

This project does not provide K Ventures and Publishing-hosted user accounts. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Project-specific note

Bay Drive is a practice tool, not driver training and not a DMV service. Bayview is a fictional town and its streets are not DMV test routes. The mock-test score is a simplified estimate based on public California DMV scoring criteria and is not an official DMV result. The permit-test questions and study notes were written from the California Driver's Handbook; they are not the DMV's test, and the DMV may change its rules, question counts and passing standards at any time. Confirm current requirements with the DMV, and drive on real roads only as your permit or license allows, with any supervising driver the law requires.

Availability and changes

K Ventures and Publishing may update, pause, remove, or change any project, feature or hosted build. We try to avoid breaking user data, but experimental projects may change quickly.

No warranty

The project is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, K Ventures and Publishing does not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

Use the project at your own discretion. K Ventures and Publishing is not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, lost profits, device issues, test outcomes, or decisions you make based on the project.
