Delete Your Data

Bedfellows has no accounts. Everything it saves stays on your device, and you can delete it yourself in a few seconds (see below). If you had a FocusFarm account before Bedfellows replaced FocusFarm, use the form further down to have that account and its data deleted.

Bedfellows data on your device

• In the game: Settings → Reset progress wipes your runs, unlocks, almanac and records. Your sound and motion settings are kept.
• In a browser: clear the site data for kexventures.com in your browser's settings. This removes everything the game saved, along with anything the other games on kexventures.com saved in that browser.
• On Android: clear the app's storage in your phone's Settings, or uninstall the app.

We never receive this data, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

Deleting a FocusFarm account

FocusFarm accounts can no longer be signed in to, so we delete them by hand when you ask. This deletes:

• Your login (email address and password).
• Your profile (username, avatar, level, friend code, and who referred you).
• Your save data (farm, ranch, coins, gems, level, focus history, quests, and the random ID of the device that last saved it).
• Your farm snapshot (the copy of your farm other players could read, so friends could visit it).
• Your friendships (the accounts you added; the matching entries on your friends' lists are removed too).
• Your device sessions (a random session ID, a browser and operating system label such as "Chrome on Android", and when it was last active).

What we keep (and why)

• None of the deleted data is kept for marketing, analytics or any other purpose.
• Database backups may hold the rows for up to 14 days while the backup window rotates. After that, deletion is complete.
• A FocusFarm save on your own device is not affected: it stays until you clear the site data or uninstall the app.

How long it takes

We process deletion requests by hand within 14 days of receiving your email, and reply to confirm when it is done.

Request a FocusFarm account deletion

Fill in the form below and choose Send deletion request. It opens your email app with a message ready to send. We check that the request comes from the email address on the account before deleting anything.
