This Privacy Policy explains how K Ventures and Publishing handles information in connection with Singapore Life, including the web version and any app build published by K Ventures and Publishing.

1. Developer and privacy contact

Singapore Life is published by K Ventures and Publishing. Privacy questions, support requests, and deletion requests may be sent to twillmatch@gmail.com.

2. Personal data we collect

Singapore Life does not collect, store, sell, rent, transmit, or share personal data about players through K Ventures and Publishing-hosted app services.

The app does not use:

• advertising SDKs or ad-tracking networks;
• analytics SDKs;
• third-party login services;
• K Ventures and Publishing-hosted cloud saves, accounts, leaderboards, or matchmaking;
• in-app purchases or payment processing;
• crash-reporting tools that send player data to K Ventures and Publishing.

3. Local game data

Singapore Life stores game progress locally on your device or browser. This may include your character, meters, card history, choices, unlocked achievements, settings, and similar gameplay state.

Local game data is stored using the platform's standard local storage mechanisms, such as AsyncStorage in app builds or browser storage in the web build. K Ventures and Publishing does not receive this local game data.

4. Sharing from the app

If you use a share feature, Singapore Life may place text on your device clipboard or pass text to your device's native share sheet at your request. K Ventures and Publishing does not receive, process, or retain that shared text.

After you choose another app or service from the share sheet, that third party's own terms and privacy practices apply.

5. Device backups and operating system services

Your device or operating system may back up local app data if you have enabled services such as Android backup, iCloud backup, device transfer, or similar platform features. Those backups are controlled by your device settings and your platform account provider, not by K Ventures and Publishing.

6. Website hosting data

When you visit pages on kexventures.com, the website host, CDN, or security provider may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, browser type, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and basic security or performance logs. This data is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.

This website logging is separate from Singapore Life gameplay. It is not used to create player profiles inside the game.

7. Permissions

Singapore Life does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, SMS, call log, biometrics, health data, or photo library.

The app may use standard platform capabilities needed to run the game, store local progress, play audio, or open a share sheet. If a future version adds optional reminders or notifications, notification permission will be requested by the operating system before use.

8. Children

Singapore Life is intended for users aged 13 and above. K Ventures and Publishing does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 through the app.

9. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device or browser until you delete it, clear site data, reset app data, or uninstall the app. Because K Ventures and Publishing does not host Singapore Life accounts or cloud saves, there is no K Ventures and Publishing-hosted gameplay account to delete.

If you email K Ventures and Publishing for support or a deletion request, we may keep that correspondence as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records of the request, and protect our legal interests. You may request deletion of support correspondence through the data deletion form.

10. Security

Local gameplay data is protected by your device, browser, and operating system controls. K Ventures and Publishing uses reasonable measures to protect any support correspondence and website operational records we maintain, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Changes to this policy

K Ventures and Publishing may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be reflected in the policy text before or when they take effect.
